What I do
Your business is unique and will require a bespoke set of services to meet your needs. We will look at what systems you already have in place, what is working and what is not working for you.
Together, we will examine your existing processes, discuss what could be adjusted, made simpler, quicker and more effective. I am mindful of the fact that any change we may wish to make must always be in the context of how it can improve the whole system and affect your whole business, not just one specific process.
Having been a PA at Director level for more than 15 years, I understand that my role is ‘to make life easier’ for the person I’m supporting. Whether this means taking the initiative, being proactive, or simply responding to your specific requests.
Below are some of the things I offer; the list is not exhaustive. If you would like something that is not mentioned, just ask.

How it works
I offer a free first consultation (up to one hour), by telephone or video call. Here we have the opportunity to talk about your business and the kind of help you need.
Once we decide to work together, we can talk about what systems I can help you set up for sharing information, documents, emails, calendars, files, etc.
I carry out my work remotely, from my own home office.
Pricing
I charge £35 per hour. The minimum package is 10 hours.
You can use the hours as and when you want, within the duration of our contract.
Packages are paid in advance.
My working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
If necessary, I might be able to offer out-of-hours support on occasions, this will be charged at £45 per hour.
It may not be clear to you at the beginning, how many hours per month you might need. We will discuss the work in detail and I will try to give you an estimate. When we start working together I will provide regular feedback and updates, to optimise that time investment.
You will receive a regular, detailed timesheet report to track your ongoing expenditure. There will never be any nasty surprises, and I will not bill you for more hours than originally agreed.
Terms
When you hire a VA, you are hiring a freelancer/contractor. There are no extra overheads such as sick pay, NI, holiday pay, maternity cover or other costs. You only pay for the time you use my services.

Privacy
Essenza complies with General Data Protection Registration (GDPR) and is registered with the Information Commission Officer (ICO). All personal information is held in accordance with our data privacy policy – a copy of which can be found here
Professional Indemnity Insurance
All the work I carry out is covered by a leading commercial insurer.
